Kind of a dick from my understanding. But he told them that we, the Displaced, are God-touched. That this universe has a few gates leading into other universes, that the god-touched or gods created, and that the reason we've all got our special new abilities is because of these gods. Touching us or whatever. There's no evidence, Lo said that the guy's eccentric at best, but.

There're whispers going around the underground that need to be taken care of before they get out of hand, and I've got connections to two of the bigger gangs. So I figure I'll take out a few birds with one stone--get the gangs off Morningstar's back, get a few gangs for myself, use 'em to get the media's attention off Morningstar.
